  23. Well, my USR Courier was a V.32terbo daughterboard unit which has been 
  24. upgraded to a V.FC and then V.34 unit.  When I called USR Tuesday night
  25. to order the CID upgrade, they told me that my modem's model number was
  26. not in their list of modems that *could* support CID.  They promised to call
  27. me yesterday after verifying whether my modem could take the modification.
  28. No call was received from them as of today.
